One thing I learned about myself during my detox process is what food can do to your body. I have not experienced detoxification and fasting, so it was indeed a challenge. But as the days progressed, I became more aware of how important it is to prioritize your nutrition and food intake. I realized that I didn’t want to let food control me anymore, and I was determined to finish my detox. I want to eat healthily and start creating a healthy lifestyle.
I’m over 40, and I want to enjoy my life. I want to live healthily and stay fit. Hence I want to be consistent with my workout and my nutrition.
