How to Prepare: 

  1. Poach eggs by cracking it into a bowl or a sauce. 
  2. Bring a pan of water into a boil and tip the egg into the pan. 
  3. Cook for 2 minutes. Once done, leave the pan for 8-10 minutes before lifting the egg with a spoon. 
  4. Cut avocados in half and be sure to remove stones.
